Thank you for shopping at Electronics Parts (electronicsparts.io). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders, expected timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada:

  • U.S. orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner located in the United States.
  • Canadian orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner located in Canada.

Because orders ship domestically within each country, there are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no brokerage fees for the customer.

Coverage:

  • United States: All 50 states
  • Canada: All 10 provinces and 3 territories

Due to carrier restrictions:

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
  • We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Canadian territories, and other remote areas may take longer than the standard estimates below

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order value required.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. and Canadian public holidays) from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing includes order verification, transmission to the appropriate fulfillment center, packaging, and handing the parcel over to the carrier. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via UPS:

  • U.S. orders: UPS Ground (from U.S. warehouse)
  • Canadian orders: UPS Standard (from Canadian warehouse)

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

  • Continental U.S. (Lower 48 states): 1 to 5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 5 to 10 business days
  • Canada (major cities): 1 to 5 business days
  • Canada (rural and northern territories): 5 to 10 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery:

  • Continental U.S.: approximately 6 to 10 business days
  • Canada: approximately 6 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, regional disruptions, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Electronics Parts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via the link in the email or by entering the tracking number directly on ups.com.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@electronicsparts.io.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of any reshipment
  • If you choose not to have it reshipped, we will refund the order total minus any carrier fees we incur

If you notice an address mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@electronicsparts.io as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors and members of your household
  • Look around the property (porch, garage, side door, mailroom)
  • Contact your local UPS office for assistance
  • If still not located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help open a claim with UPS

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged contents before discarding anything
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund

8. Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following public holidays:

U.S. holidays (affect U.S. orders):

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Canadian holidays (affect Canadian orders):

  • New Year's Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (Canadian)
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day

Orders placed on or near these holidays may experience slight processing delays.

9. Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination shipping address and is added to the order total in compliance with the relevant U.S. state and Canadian provincial tax rules.
