Electronics Parts is a retailer based in the United Kingdom. We ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada, fulfilled by domestic warehouses in each country.

  • Prices for U.S. customers are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD); prices for Canadian customers are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
  • Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders, even after the order has been confirmed, and will refund any payment made

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through electronicsparts.io constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as:

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery times, and processing details are described in our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States and Canada only, fulfilled domestically from warehouses inside each country. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, regional disruptions, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility. For lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

All product names, brand names, model numbers, and trademarks referenced on this website, including but not limited to "Dyson," are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive purposes to identify compatible products. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the trademark owners.

Manufacturer warranties from Dyson Ltd. only apply to products purchased directly from Dyson or from Dyson's list of Authorized Retailers and Sellers. Any warranty offered through Electronics Parts is provided directly by Electronics Parts as set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on electronicsparts.io, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, page layouts, and the compilation of all of the above, is the property of Electronics Parts or its content suppliers and is protected under United Kingdom, United States, Canadian, and international copyright laws.
